The Énergie3R team is made up of a majority of expert entrepreneurs-advisors in eco-energy efficiency supported by an efficient and daring administrative department. We work mainly in partnership with government subsidy programs to encourage the energy transition of homes in Quebec.

Energy Efficiency Advisor
Job description
The Energy Efficiency Advisor guides owners admitted to the program in their efforts to complete their energy-efficient projects. On site, the advisor performs a blower door test, calculates the volume of the house and analyzes the building envelope. He/she examines mechanical structures and systems in order to detect energy losses. Then, using the Hot 2000 software, the advisor sets the EnerGuide housing rating. Finally, the advisor writes an evaluation report that proposes concrete and realistic solutions to increase the energy efficiency of the house or building while allowing owners to have access to government subsidies following the completion of their work.
Job requirements

- Obtain your Energy Advisor License from Natural Resources Canada
- The advisor, who is self-employed, is responsible for the purchase of his equipment and insurance

Energy Advisors : avantage plus+
Our goal is to increase the number of Énergie3R energy-efficient advisors who own an electric car by 15% annually.
We offer
$500 per year to advisors who own a 100% electric car with at least 350km of autonomy, and an energy advisor license for single-family homes.*
$1000 per year to advisors who own a 100% electric car with at least 350km of autonomy, and an energy advisor license for per year to advisors who own a 100% electric car with at least 350km of autonomy, and an energy advisor's license for multi-unit buildings..*

Energy Efficiency Advisor | Acconting Agent
Customer Service and Administrative Support Agent
Job description
The agent responds to incoming calls, messages and emails in a courteous and professional manner. He/she informs participants about the general terms and conditions of the grant programs and provides links to the appropriate resources to support the energy-efficient transition of Quebec's buildings. In addition, the agent manages the schedule of energy efficiency advisors by making appointments and monitoring customer files using Énergie3R's customized computer software. Finally, some ancillary accounting tasks could be added if applicable

The accounting agent performs bookkeeping via Quickbooks. In addition, he/she assists in the preparation of monthly GST & QST returns, ensures the accuracy of the information in the accounting system and carries out the necessary follow-ups.
